Targeted Advertising Specialist

is an international IT company headquartered in Belgrade. We develop products in different business industries like fintech, edtech, and analysis. Nowadays, our products are represented in 150 countries.
Our goal is to make our products the most convenient in the world. We use research, data analysis, and optimized marketing to achieve our goal.
There are over 450 people on our team. We offer relocation to Serbia as well as remote work.

Challenge
You will have to build an internal approach to the qualifying traffic purchase in selected countries at all sites.
You will
— Launch and develop advertising campaigns on Meta, Tik Tok, Snapchat, and Twitter.

— Define targets and metrics of the campaigns’ launch success and hold accountability for achieving them.

— Generate and check growth hypotheses.

— Search and test new formats and traffic sources.

— Interact with designers, developers, product managers, editors, analysts, and marketers.

— Segment the audience for experiments.

— Evaluate the effectiveness of active initiatives, experiments, and product launches.
It’s a match if you
— Share a data-driven approach and are open to new challenges.

— Have experience in a similar position for at least 4 years.

— Know Meta Ads Manager, Tik Tok Ads, and other targeted advertising tools.

— Work with Google Analytics on a daily basis.

— Understand the principles of attribution and worked with mobile trackers Adjust or AppsFlyer.

— Know what CR, CTR, CPA, GMV, and LTV are.

— Feel comfortable working in a team from developers to designers and can speak the same language with them.
