Senior SMM Manager

Data-Driven Lab

is an international IT company headquartered in Belgrade. We develop products in different business industries like fintech, edtech, and analysis. Nowadays, our products are represented in 150 countries.
Our goal is to make our products the most convenient in the world. We use research, data analysis, and optimized marketing to achieve our goal.
There are over 450 people on our team. We offer relocation to Serbia as well as remote work.

You will
— Manage and maintain company social media accounts on a daily basis.

— Lead a team of 2 local SMM managers.

— Prepare and update the content plan, record instability and create reports on the work done.

— Work with internal creative to create rich and interesting content for social networks and websites.

— Participate in the development of market entry strategies, adjusting our brand profile for each channel.

— Expand content using paid social tools.

— Study the latest trends and news in the market, apply the acquired knowledge in strategy.
It’s a match if you
— Has three years of experience working in social networks in international markets (in the markets of Asia, Latin America - will be an advantage).

— Possesses superior knowledge of best practices of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other social media platforms. Knowledge of LINE/WeChat is a plus.

— Has experience in developing and preparing for publication on social networks.

— Knows the metrics of major social networks (reach, ER, ERR, etc.) and how to improve them.

— Focused on development and achieving results.

— Speaks English at the Upper-Intermediate level and above.
