Product Owner (Billing Team)

Data-Driven Lab

is an international IT company headquartered in Belgrade. We develop products in different business industries like fintech, edtech, and analysis. Nowadays, our products are represented in 150 countries.
Our goal is to make our products the most convenient in the world. We use research, data analysis, and optimized marketing to achieve our goal.

You will
— Be a team leader, provide the team with everything necessary in terms of resources, information, and goal setting.

— Determine the vision and strategy for product development, connect inputs from the entire product, business, and tasks/projects.

— Formulate and agree on product quality metrics and monitor them regularly.

— Motivate team members and assist them in their professional development, as well as hold regular individual meetings.

— Manage the work of the product team from creating a backlog of projects/tasks to evaluating the results of implemented changes, taking into account product processes.

It’s a match if you
— Have five or more successful and unsuccessful product cases in at least two products.

— Share a data-driven approach and are open to new challenges.

— Explain in plain words what statistical significance is and when it is necessary to do quantitative/qualitative research.

— Have experience of direct interaction with data analysts, researchers, and system analysts.

— Can share and promote your idea in English to native and non-native speakers.

— Have experience of conducting serious big projects and the organization of communication.

— Able to present, defend, and promote projects among head-management and team.

It will be a plus:

— Experience in fintech/payment systems/brokerage products.

— Experience in international products.

— Deep knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodology.
