— Manage the office space, keep it clean and tidy, and refill the kitchen stuff.
— Work with the Business Center’s Management company, the cleaning company, and contractors, and contact them in case of equipment failure.
— Handle courier shipments: place orders, meet and communicate with the courier company regarding customs issues.
— Make purchases for the office, keeping records and following the budget: groceries, stationery, household goods.
— Greet and introduce guests and new employees and show them around the Belgrade office.
— Do paperwork (scanning, copying).
— Assist in organizing corporate events.
