Office Administrator

Data-Driven Lab

is an international IT company headquartered in Belgrade. We develop products in different business industries like fintech, edtech, and analysis. Nowadays, our products are represented in 150 countries.
Our goal is to make our products the most convenient in the world. We use research, data analysis, and optimized marketing to achieve our goal.
There are over 450 people on our team. We offer relocation to Serbia as well as remote work.

You will
— Manage the office space, keep it clean and tidy, and refill the kitchen stuff.

— Work with the Business Center’s Management company, the cleaning company, and contractors, and contact them in case of equipment failure.

— Handle courier shipments: place orders, meet and communicate with the courier company regarding customs issues.

— Make purchases for the office, keeping records and following the budget: groceries, stationery, household goods.

— Greet and introduce guests and new employees and show them around the Belgrade office.

— Do paperwork (scanning, copying).

— Assist in organizing corporate events.
It’s a match if you
— Have at least 1 year of experience working as a manager.

— Speak English, Russian, and Serbian fluently (upper intermediate or higher.)

— Can manage multitasking without decreasing quality.

— Are initiative, ready to share your ideas on improving the office and put them into practice.
