Regional Marketing Manager (Indonesia)

is an international IT company headquartered in Belgrade. We develop products in different business industries like fintech, edtech, and analysis. Nowadays, our products are represented in 150 countries.
Our goal is to make our products the most convenient in the world. We use research, data analysis, and optimized marketing to achieve our goal.
There are over 450 people on our team. We offer relocation to Serbia as well as remote work.

You will
—  Develop the regional marketing strategy and marketing plan to meet the targets on brand awareness and business metrics;

—  Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across the region;

—  Collaborate closely with the Partnership Department and HQ marketing teams such as PR, SMM, PPC etc.

—  Organize local events for the clients, develop and implement specific activation mechanics with further effectiveness evaluation

—  Establish relationships with existing local agencies and find the new ones necessary to execute the local marketing plan

—  Provide the report on consumer insights, trends, competitive environment, and regional opportunities

—  Use company project management tools and analytics systems

It’s a match if you
— Have a bachelor’s degree in marketing/business.

— Have experience in marketing roles in your region for 3+ years, and experience in the fintech industry and in the international environment.

— Have a proven track record in consumer marketing with a mix of digital and BTL experience.

— Can build and execute multi-channel marketing programs.

— Understands consumer insights and the local market’s media landscape perfectly.

— Have excellent oral and written presentation and communication skills in English.

— Are a permanent resident in the region.

— Are driven, proactive, and initiative.
