HR Business Partner

Data-Driven Lab

is an international IT company headquartered in Belgrade. We develop products in different business industries like fintech, edtech, and analysis. Nowadays, our products are represented in 150 countries.
Our goal is to make our products the most convenient in the world. We use research, data analysis, and optimized marketing to achieve our goal.
There are over 450 people on our team. We offer relocation to Serbia as well as remote work.

You will
— Support business development, improve processes, and implement best HR practices.

— Work with metrics, identify dependencies with business results, look for opportunities for improvement.

— Communicate regularly with staff, support employees on various HR issues.

— Implement improvements within the Employee Journey.

— Assist in the implementation of the performance review cycle.

— Work cross-functionally with internal competence centers: recruitment, HR admin, C&B, T&D.

— Develop a talent pool strategy and implement it efficiently in practice.
It’s a match if you
— Worked as an HR business partner in IT/ecom/fintech for at least 2.5 years.

— Has experience in international companies as an advantage.

— Are fluent in English (upper-intermediate and above).

— Can implement qualitative changes in HR and business processes as well as run HR projects from scratch.

— Has a strategic business mindset, implements changes with an analytical approach, and anticipates risk.

— Worked with various HR blocks in the company (adaptation, motivation, training, development, performance evaluation, grades, revisions of team structures, internal communications, etc.).

— Has experience in organizational structure management.

— Are able to form and control the HR budget.
