Head of CRM

Data-Driven Lab

is an international IT company headquartered in Belgrade. We develop products in different business industries like fintech, edtech, and analysis. Nowadays, our products are represented in 150 countries.
Our goal is to make our products the most convenient in the world. We use research, data analysis, and optimized marketing to achieve our goal.
There are over 450 people on our team. We offer relocation to Serbia as well as remote work.

You will
— Manage the team, recruit, and develop employees.

— Be responsible for KPIs in direct marketing.

— Lead the development of a direct communications strategy.

— Develop communication management platforms (Bloomreach), new channels, and triggers.

— Analyze and maintain database segmentation, as well as build CJM.

— Increase user activation and return.

— Participate in user research, create tasks for research.

— Analyze and consider the interests of the user in the management of mailing lists.

— Generate new hypotheses and manage experiments.

— Prioritize tasks, including tasks from related areas, build them into the overall strategy of direct communications.

It’s a match if you
— Are experienced in building a strong CRM with a significant impact on business metrics.

— Have experience in managing a team of over five people.

— Knows analytics systems: Google Analytics, Appsflyer.

— Prone to quick launches and pipelined hypotheses.

— Have good communication skills and can manage the expectations of stakeholders at all levels.

— Understand Bloomreach platforms (Braze, SAP) and BI tools: Tableau, Qlik.

— Have basic knowledge of SQL.
