Head of User Acquisition

Data-Driven Lab

is an international IT company headquartered in Belgrade. We develop products in different business industries like fintech, edtech, and analysis. Nowadays, our products are represented in 150 countries.
Our goal is to make our products the most convenient in the world. We use research, data analysis, and optimized marketing to achieve our goal.
There are over 450 people on our team. We offer relocation to Serbia as well as remote work.

You will
— Mentor, develop, and guide Performance Marketing, SEO, and ASO teams.

— Lead customer acquisition worldwide through digital marketing channels: Paid Social, Paid Search, affiliates.

— Define and implement a long-term strategy to attract paying users.

— Work closely with the creative production team to build a process for testing creatives and maximizing their value.

— Partner with outsourcing teams to improve the efficiency of advertising channels.

— Study the effectiveness of spending the budget on attracting, activating, and reactivating users.

— Optimize budget distribution between advertising channels and ensure LTV growth and LTV to CAC ratio for all paid user acquisition channels.

— Plan the advertising budget, forecast costs, look for alternative ways to allocate the budget, and assess risks and prospects from changes.

— Search for new advertising channels and platforms.

— Form new hypotheses to increase procurement efficiency.

— Coordinate marketing and other departments to work together.
It’s a match if you
— Share a data-driven approach and are open to new challenges.

— Have 3+ years of experience leading a performance team and 5+ years of digital marketing experience.

— Understand traffic analytics, metrics, and attribution models.

— Have solid knowledge of buying traffic from various sources for web and mobile.

— Worked with budgets from $1million per month.

— Know how to use contextual and targeted advertising tools and track performance marketing trends and news.

It will be a plus:

— Working experience in an international company.
