Data-Driven Lab

is an international IT company headquartered in Belgrade. We develop products in different business industries like fintech, edtech, and analysis. Nowadays, our products are represented in 150 countries.
Our goal is to make our products the most convenient in the world. We use research, data analysis, and optimized marketing to achieve our goal.
There are over 450 people on our team. We offer relocation to Serbia as well as remote work.

Among our colleagues are guys from telecommunications, fintech, and IT market leaders (Bolt, Tele2, Google, and others).
You will
— Search and onboard new partners in the territories: primarily in the countries of Southeast Asia, Africa and Latin America.

— Work with competitors. Incorporate our IB (Introducing Broker) program into their service partner offering for their new and current clients.

— Collect information in the territories on the strategies of players in the market, customer needs, apply methods of promoting services, etc.

— Implement projects to open IB (introducing broker) programs and local partnership strategies (for example, we are introducing a multi-level partnership system in all regions (primarily in keywords), it is necessary to ensure the signing of contracts, explain the conditions and, in general, “sell” the innovation ) .

— Conduct market monitoring, regulatory environment, in order to identify opportunities and threats to develop a strategy or respond quickly.

— Monitor industry changes and incorporate them into strategic planning, identifying growth areas.

— Work with current and powerful leaders, improve our position in the eyes of our partner clients (for example, ensure that the partner highlights our IB program on his website, on his Youtube channel or on other social networks).

— Create (together with management) and implement a go-to-market strategy for each key region.




It’s a match if you
— Speaks English at the Advanced level.

— Has more than 3 years of successful experience in partnership management and business development, with additional experience in IT sales or complex products.

— Experienced in working with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development and finance.

— Possesses significant presentation skills and great control over detailed business plans as well as proposals for improving financial performance.

— Thinks about how to develop a full sales cycle from the initial search for clients to the conclusion of a contract.

— Able to clearly and concisely present, both orally and in writing, the main benefits and features of a product.

— Knows how to determine commercial shift for assigned territories.

— Has an analytical mind and a data-driven approach to decision making.

— Knows fundamental financial, product and marketing metrics.

— Ready to explore unfamiliar terrain and solve new problems.
