Business Development Manager

Data-Driven Lab

is an international IT company headquartered in Belgrade. We develop products in different business industries like fintech, edtech, and analysis. Nowadays, our products are represented in 150 countries.
Our goal is to make our products the most convenient in the world. We use research, data analysis, and optimized marketing to achieve our goal.
There are over 450 people on our team. We offer relocation to Serbia as well as remote work.

Challenge
You will have to build and develop our partnerships all around the world. You will need to source partners, find new opportunities for them, manage partners’ performance, and leverage existing relationships.
You will
— Own the entire sales funnel, from market research to ongoing and closed-won partnership management.

— Identify opportunities to engage new partners to accelerate growth in the market.

— Collaborate closely with delivery teams to optimize go-to-market strategies and ensure best-in-class value delivery.

— Outreach to prospects and pitch our product.

— Collect and deliver customer feedback at any stage of adoption.

— Travel internationally as required to perform the duties of the role.

— Develop and implement strategies for portfolio growth.
It’s a match if you
— Have a successful experience in partnership management and business development for 3+ years, as an advantage experience in selling IT or complex products.

— Are experienced in working with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Development, and Finance.

— Possess strong presentation skills and can support detailed business plans and proposals to improve financial results.

— Able to solve problems and work within a metric-driven environment.

— Understand how to own and drive end-to-end sales from initial prospecting to a signed contract.

— Can communicate clearly, both verbal and written, highlighting the benefits and features of the product.

— Know how to set the commercial agenda for assigned territories.

— Are proficient in English.
