Project Manager

Data-Driven Lab

is an international IT company headquartered in Belgrade. We develop products in different business industries like fintech, edtech, and analysis. Nowadays, our products are represented in 150 countries.
Our goal is to make our products the most convenient in the world. We use research, data analysis, and optimized marketing to achieve our goal.
There are over 450 people on our team. We offer relocation to Serbia as well as remote work.

Challenge
Build and maintain a transparent system for managing processes and communications in traffic.
You will
— Process optimization within the traffic team.

— Create regulations and other necessary documentation.

— Collect and systematize information.

— Make tasks for traffic and monitor deadlines.

— Interact with traffic team leads and assist with tasks.

— Communicate with other teams on common tasks - analytics, media buying, design, finance, lawyers, etc.

— Collect reports and work with charts.

— Organize and hold meetings (internal and external).

— Make payments to counterparties and communicate with them on joint projects (Google, Apple, Facebook, Bing, etc.).
It’s a match if you
— Share a data-driven approach and are open to new challenges.

— Have at least 2 years of experience as a project manager/account manager in a large digital or in-house agency.
Understand Google Ads, Facebook (ASA, Bing as a plus) advertising interface.

— Know how contextual, social media advertising, and advertising campaign analytics work and can speak the same language with experts.

— Can work with Google Spreadsheets and Excel (building pivot tables and visualizing information).

— Are familiar with Jira and its functionality and can independently set up a Kanban board.

— Have experience in organizing and facilitating meetings.

— Can prioritize multitasking conditions and complete tasks on time in a rapidly changing environment.

— Possess high time management and self-organization skills.

— Have strong communication skills, can negotiate, explain your opinion in an accessible way and listen to others.

— Can take the initiative, not just carry out assigned tasks.

— Are punctual, attentive, and not afraid of routine tasks.

 It’s a plus if you

— Have experience in working with SEO and ASO.

— Worked with FinTech / E-Comm projects.

— Know English (Upper-Intermediate and higher).
